Tonight on the menu we had Guinea Fowl which was the popular choice and we sold out and sorry to say some of the customers were disappointed as we ran out but we still had two other superb choices; Scotch Salmon steamed and served with a prawn butter sauce and also the vegetarian option of Golden Cross goats cheese "Pithivier" on tossed salad leaves with tomato,Thyme & Black olive fondue. All of the menu dishes had excellent feedback from the diners in this evening.
The students are starting to feel more confident and are often willing to provide some table theatre with good old fashioned Crèpes Suzette. Here's two from tonight and a liqueur coffee too.
